About Skyphoria
Skyphoria is a web series originally created by CaptainJellyroll, and “finished” by Tea’s Party. It was a comic inspired by Hetalia and was supposed to act as the meteorology version. But as I was releasing episodes, the story took a different turn, and the science-related parts had to be dropped in favor of telling a better story.
The webcomic itself is unfinished, but the whole entire story is released via “story beat scripts”, which are just written docx telling you how I wanted it to go. There were also a series of animatics/animations that are planned out to further the story, but I just never got to making them. Instead, the featured songs are spliced within the story beat scripts for you to read along.
These characters started off as silly weather OC’s I made one sunny day in middle school. Over the years, I hope I transformed it into something worth reading. I currently have no plans to continue making the webcomic or animatics themselves, but I’m open to any opportunities to make my middle school dreams a reality. I’m also content with these guys staying casual OC’s I can draw.
