Frequent Fronters:
These alters are the ones you’ll most likely meet in-person.
(The system as a whole goes by the host’s name & pronouns- no matter who’s fronting. But, we do use each individual alter’s name & pronouns when talking about them, or if we know they’re fronting 100%.)
Internal alters:
These alters are the ones that mainly stay inside, but can influence frequent fronters at any point. It’s rare for these alters to front on their own.
How alters see each other:
If you just peek inside, our default views of each other are just colorful auras of light. If you concentrate, you can see more detail, but it's mostly still a monochromatic palette of their shade. And if you have enough consciousness while near each other, you can make out a whole person in their “canon” colors. Though, there still might be a glowing color residue around that alter.
Our system themes are very color-heavy, and everyone has their own unique shade by name. And because of a history of fusions and splits, some alters will have pops of different colors in their auras to represent their connection with that color group.
system structure:
“Color groups” are kinda like sub-systems for fronting/driving. Internally, all alters still exist on their own as individuals, and can interact with each other normally. When fronting, each frequent fronter at any point can channel anyone in their color group.
This sub-system structure mostly just applies to our fronting indicator bracelets when driving the body. (For example: If Zoey’s green bracelet is up front, it can either mean that Zoey is fronting and/or someone in her color group is.) Color groups/families can also act as “evolutions” of a frequent fronter, i.e; younger versions of themselves at different ages.
oli’s impact:
Oliver Knight was a foundational alter that had been part of the party since our 2nd era. He was the lead for the system’s previous yellow team, and had various roles throughout the eras.
He was so integral to our early system discovery days, that it was our first real major fusion within the system. We learned that if a frequent fronter goes- their whole color group goes too. So, many of our alters will have pops of yellow/gold in their auras, to represent how much each alter got traits from him & his color group. (Though it’s not the only color an alter can have accent colors of.)
And thus; our “Golden era” was born. <3
